Many people think that an education or rather a degree is what makes a Man or a Woman. But this is true only for those who attended an Ivy League, that too on merit. Which means, when you are from a country of a billion and you gave an entrance test to get into an IIT, you are already good, and you would have done good anywhere anyway. But for a normal person, it is quite different. A degree won't take you so far, if you don't know your job well, and knowing your job well wont take you far if you don't know how to build a great resume if you want grow by shifting jobs.
When you apply for a job, the first thing your recruiter will see is your resume and not you. And you need to impress the recruiter by the means of your resume. For that, based on your experience and education, you can go thoguh various sample resumes and try to see what might work best for you. eg, nurse resumes will have a different structures than teacher resumes, and you will try to figure out how best to showcase your achievements. Even if you have a lot of degrees, unless you can show your achievement, it will be very difficult to impress your recruiter.
What you have acheived in your last job, or as a volunteer in some organisation will give the recruiter confidence that you can achieve. It is very important to pass the message that you can deliver where ever you have graduated from, be it Ignou or be it DU.
It is not you degree but your ability to get things done that will count.
